Unlike a traditional retail website, this store has been created exclusively for authorized employees, members, customers, or invited participants of the sponsoring organization. Products offered through this store are custom merchandise produced specifically for this program and are not intended for general public retail sale.
BrightPoint Creative reserves the right to limit or revoke access to this store at any time.

Orders may not be canceled or modified once production has begun.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, royalties, or other program-specific fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. BrightPoint Creative does not store your payment card information.
6. Custom Merchandise
Most products offered through this store are custom manufactured or decorated specifically for the sponsoring organization.
Because each item is produced specifically for this program:
- Orders are generally considered final once production begins.
- Products are manufactured to accepted industry standards and tolerances.
- Minor variations in garment color, sizing, embroidery, printing, decoration placement, fabric texture, or dye lots are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.
- Product photographs are representative only and may differ slightly from the finished product.
7. Product Availability and Substitutions
Product availability is subject to manufacturer inventory.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, BrightPoint Creative may substitute a product of equal or greater quality after consulting with the sponsoring organization whenever practical.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product offerings without prior notice.
8. Ordering Windows
Many BrightPoint Creative stores operate for a limited ordering period.
Orders must be placed before the published ordering deadline.
Once the ordering window has closed, additional orders, changes, cancellations, or size modifications generally cannot be accepted.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Production schedules vary depending on the specific program.
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
BrightPoint Creative is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather events, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Depending on the program, orders may be shipped directly to individual recipients or delivered in bulk to the sponsoring organization for distribution.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Returns and exchanges are governed by the BrightPoint Creative Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Because products are custom decorated, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, or fulfillment errors.
Sizing issues, buyer preference, or change-of-mind purchases do not qualify for return unless expressly approved by BrightPoint Creative.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, trade names, artwork, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed within this store remain the property of their respective owners.
The sponsoring organization's logos and trademarks are used with authorization solely for the purposes of this program.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
By submitting artwork, logos, or other materials for use, you represent that you have the legal authority to authorize their reproduction and use.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Information collected through this website is used solely for order processing, customer service, and program administration as described in our Privacy Policy.
BrightPoint Creative does not sell or share customer information for advertising or marketing purposes.
